You may have been wondering what my blog was counting don to, over the last nine days.

Suggestions of what I was counting down to included porn, the apocalypse, and hand surgery.

I was in fact counting the days till seeing Children Of Bodom at the Astoria, London.

The concert was amazing, I went to the signing, and shook hands with Alexi. We made eye contact- and he read the slogan on my t-shirt, a quote from our shared favorite movie, "the big lebowski".

I got a signed mini-vinyl of blooddrunk signed by the band, one of only 666 manufactured.

I wasnt a moonsorrow fan before I went to the concert, but they were so dynamic onstage that it was impossible not to like them.

In the end, I gave the gig 9/10, it was great.
